I am looking for family or anyone with information about; My Mom's name is Darlene Wilkins now was Martel and her parents (my Grandparents) are,Gladys Now Lawrence was Martel and her maiden name was Hayes. My Grandfather's name was William Martel he passed away in 1973 in New Lnodon Connecticut. Great Grandmothers name was Lucy Martel she was William's Mother and they are of French Canadian decent. She could have been born in France or Canada and slightly possibly here in the USA. I do not know her husbands name. We are also very distantly related to someone called Charles "The Hammer" Martel who was a king or duke I think in England at some long ago time. Please help.
