I wanted to clarify something, William Marsters 1st wife was Akakaingaro (Sarah) Tata of Penhryn. Tepou Tinioi of Penhryn was his 2nd wife and Matavia of Penhryn was this 3rd wife as u've mentioned. My confirmation on this was from elders of Palmerston island.
Tangimetua and I are from the same line of Tepou.. Tangimetua's grandfather Aaron and my grandmother mother Ann are brother and sister. Which makes Tangimetua's mum Elizabeth and my mum Martha fist cousins and Thomas is our great grandfather and William Marsters 1st is our great great grandfather, that my mum's mother's line.
But on my mum's fathers line, he is from the Akakaingaro line. His name is Richard Marsters and his parents are William Marsters 2nd and his first wife Munokoa Tihau.
My father is Reverend Bill Marsters of Palmerston island and he is from the Akakaingaro line. His father is Ned Marsters and his grandparents are William Marsters 2nd and his 2nd wife Teipotemarama and his great grandfather is William Marsters 1st.
Thats my family line from my mother and my father's line
Can u tell me more about ur family line please. I've got a family tree whom I got from cousin Tuporo and just trying to sort it out and will be sending Tangimetua one soon. So if u like one just email me and I will get Tuporo to post u one.
