You are right. Isaac Sedore, the elder, fought in the Rev on the US side--even applied for a penison---while his son Abram "Bromie [see Sedore family forum] was fighting on the British side in 1812.
If I could ever truly document that Abram was Isaac's son my husband could be a Son of the Am. Rev.
