I am new to this forum and while scanning through some of the messages I noticed a number of back-and-forths about Marsh persons connected to William Penn.
A Richard Marsh of Bristol England, later of London, England was a good friend of William Penn. William Penn gave Richard Marsh
a grant of 5000 acres and later gave Richard's eldest son John a grant of 1000 acres. If you are able to trace your lines to this Marsh family I can supply more information about them.
