I am descended from William Marsden born 1824 in Calverley,there is a possibility that we are related but I have not been able to conclusively trace further back than that.I found a lot of useful info on The Calverley Forum if you have not already tried it you should it is very good, also the Yorkshire BMD is very good as well.My William is on the 1881 census in Wakefield and there is a John Marsden living next door to him who was born in Calverley in 1799 I presume he is related but have not yet found out how.
