our family are in a book by pearl binder which can be got cheaply on ebay or amazon.com there is also a book with our family in pearly kings and queens in britain by peter f brooks.hope this is the same family or i will feel a real wally he he. they come from a very long history of costermongers in whitechapel area only just started researching myself but will gve you what i have got ok in 1862 at kings college hosptital london robert henry was born to henry marriott and sarah harriet marriott formerly keith dont know if they had any more as i am planning a tri[p up to london in the new year to get more documents then.
robert marriott married a phobe wilson and they had john in 1899 i know they had other children thou i dont have names but johns middle name was pritchard unfortunately robert was a drinker and instead of richard he said pritchard i know there was a daughter also but awaiting trip to london to find details of her and any others. any way john married beatrice sadler and they set up the first pearly kings and queens assoiciation after taking over from robert. they were pearly king and queen of london and john caused a storm in the 1920's. he arranged a costermongers ball for a charity event and invited royalty to it. well the duchess and duke of york attended who later became queen and king when edward abdicated the throne but also princess marie louise attended and her anf john spent all night dancing together much to the disgust of the palace it wasnt heard of in those days royalty mixing with commoners. out of room
