Hi Polli
I recently looked at "Tides of Time" and was fascinated! So many descendants!

I have been gathering information about the Marriner's in NZ for a few years, but never been able to find out where they came from.

What more can you tell me about Richard Hempley Marriner s/o Matthew & Rachel? Do you have an approx. birthdate for him?
Do you know if Richard had a brother named Mathew?

Mathew was believed to have arrived in the Hokianga in 1836, aged 24 years. I have read that Richard & Mathew were brothers and arrived on the Triton. Do you know any more about this?

Thanks for your post
