Need to find proof of marriage

I am looking for my Great great grandparents. My great grandmothers name was Lula O'Donnell b.3-3-1903 d.7-19-1993 and she married Byrd Williams b.1-19-1899 d. 1-?-1978 I am not sure of marriage date. my great grandmothers parents are Viola or( Jesse Viola) Boone and Terrance Thomas or ( Thomas Terrance) O'Donnell. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I have searched every where I can think of and I can not even find that they existed.

If it helps I did find a Jesse Boone, daughter of Col. Thomas Boone. I am unsure if this is my Jesse or not.
