Marriage Record For Forcier/Rondo

Hello,
I am looking for the marriage record of my gr-gr-grandparents who were married in Vermont prior to 1867. Thomas Forcier/Fortier who was born in Canada or Vermont in 1843. Melvina Rondo born in Vermont Jan 1847. They had at least 2 children while living there: Fredelia in 1867 and Mary Lavina/Melvina in 1869.
I am looking for any info on this couple while they were in Vermont. I do not have any cities but it seems likely they were in the Rutland area. I also have no parent names, etc. Please help if you can! Thanks, Kitty
