Hello Jim,
You did such a good job of documenting in your book that I get frustrated when I can't find the following generations. Both William H. Marley and William N. are in the 1870 and 1880 Wilkes Co. NC, census along with Henry. Henry is living with William H. in the 1900 Wilkes Co., NC census, but William Noah or Noah William is gone. I don't believe that W. N. is Henry's son. I think that W. N is a grandson, and that he is the son of one of Henry's daughters.

I have found no evidence of William H. Marley b: Jun 1853 ever being married. Have I missed something?

Thanks,
Ann Taylor
