I don't have any good information but really just more questions. I have William in Henry's household in 1860 but have his initial as H. I could have missread a "N" for a "H". I have Henry in the 1870 census but for some reason do not have any listing except for head of household. But also in the 1880 census I have William as William H. I also have Noah W. age 18 (born abt 1862) as a son in Henry's household in 1880 (Jane would have been age 52 when Noah was born??).I have Henry's older son as John (b. abt 1835 and probably died before 1873. The next son, George, born abt 1842 so he would not be the father. That leaves Joh as the only son of Henry that is a possibility for the father. John is in Henry's household in 1860 but that does not prove anything.
You probably have all of this already. Hope I didn't confuse things more. Please let me know when you resolve this. I add notes in my Marley Family book as I learn additionl items.
Jim
