Linda,

I am not sure about the Rh+ factor, but I do know that A and B are the "dominant" genetic blood types and O is "recessive". So two parents, both with type A blood, can have children with either A or O blood.
Given: Mother AO = Blood Type A
Father AO = Blood Type A
Options for Children (based on one gene from each parent):
Option 1 AA = Blood Type A
Option 2 AO = Blood Type A
Option 3 OA = Blood Type A
Option 4 OO = Blood Type O
