I found information that I believe tracks my great grandfather, Kemp MARLEY, to yet another state!

1920 US Census roll T625_389 page 19B ED:47 Image 886
State of Illinois
County of Madison
Township, Edwardsville

age: 70
birthplace: Indiana
race: while

All this "fits" our Kemp. Now, for the family he is "boarding" with.

PURCELL, Patrick Head M W 50
Della wife f w 48
Frank son M w 17
Robert son M w 14
Joseph son M w 12
Mary Jane daug F w 6

Kemp and his first wife, Malinda Froman, married in Indiana, had a daughter, Fidella. "Della" seems like it could be short for that. Hopefully, we will find more clues to a death cert or something that will tell us if "Kemp" is "Ezra" and who is parents are.
