TIGGER,
Thank you for answering my message.
I got all of my ggg-grandfathers estate records. There is so much information in them that i still haven't had time to read them all.
There is 11 pages and they list his CHILDREN and tell what they received as his heirs and tell what his wife JANE YORK got you wouldn't believe some of the things she got. It tells all about his land and how many acres there was.
In those days they called acres poles and that was how they got taxed. I got a lot of mail from N.C. today about all the MARLEY"s that lived there but i haven't had time to see who all are listed. What MARLEY are you related to?
Mine is ALEXANDER MARLEY. Took a long time just to get the papers found and copied.
You would not believe them, they are all hand written and they do spell wied back then. I could go on about what is in them but don't want to bore you.
DARLENE
