I am just starting to research the family tree of my maternal grandfather, Henry Harris Marks (known as Harry) who was born in Toronto, Canada in 1880 and died there in 1938. His parents were Mark (Matthew) Marks who was born in England or Wales in 1844 and died in London, Ontario, Canada in 1889 and Deborah Lyons who was born in Birmingham, England in 1851 and died in Toronto in 1909. Harry had three siblings, Elly and Mildred who lived and died in Toronto, and Charlotte who moved to New Orleans USA.
If anyone has any information or helpful advice about how to proceed with my research I would be most appreciative.
