I'm looking for the ancestors of Henry Marks who married Elizabeth White in Wellington in c 1846 before moving to Lewisham/Sydenham in Kent. We believe Elizabeth was born in South Petherton, her father being Thomas White.
They had 7 children between 1850 and 1870 (Martha, emily, Edwin, Alfred, annie & Elizabeth and we think Elsie or Eliza).
There's family stories that Henry was a Master Baker, one son a Green Grocer and the other a Fishmonger.
We've come to a dead end so any help would be appreciated.
