1900 Lincoln Co WV, Unknown Markhams here

Does anyone know of these two Markham families? I am wondering if they are from the Marcums I research or possibly from a set in eastern WV, that I don't know of:

Lee Markham, 38
Jennie 33
Guy (Moten) 8, m. Eva Marie McGhee
Hugh J. 6
Anna 3

There is a Mary Zirkles, age 12, with this family, born in Doddridge Co, WV. Could this be where the family originates from? The other family is 4 houses away:

Thomas Markham, 27
Almeda 24, d/o __ Jones
Fannie R. 5
Willie E. 3
Mary Jones 18, sister in law
