Thanks for your reply. Very coincidently my sister Johanna lives just down the street from you in Mifflinburg. She has been working with Jim Bohn and I'm sure she will be contacting you.
My specific interest lies in the life of Herman Markert and that of his wife Magdalena, more so than his art.
What became of him, and Magdalena and their son John.
