Hi - I am originally from Taylor, Texas, born 1975, went to HS there and A&M for college - but currently live in New York City. I know that my grandfather (Theodore or Ted Marek) lived all his live in Taylor and had 11 brothers and sisters. One of them is still alive, with the other just passing this last week. Could your dad have been a brother of my grandfather? Perhaps I could put you in touch with some Marek's from Taylor and Central Texas...
