Nice to hear from you.

My line goes back to John (1) through Samuel (2) William (3) Willard (4) Buckley (5) Willard (6) George Leonard (7) adn George Louis (8).

I had occasion to travel to Limerick, but was not able to find anything that comes close to what you have. Have spent some time doing my Mothers side of the family, she was born in Ardrossan, Scotland and although not in the class of the Marcy's the Scot's have much better records. Was able to back to the 1700's with some degree of accuracy on her side.

I agree that it would take some time and money to find out more on the Marcy side, and even with the expenditure anything found would be questionable.
