Just wanted to let you know that I appreciated reading your research on the family name. I tried to go back prior to Charles book. It is interesting to know where we may have come from. In my case it puts me in England and Scotland (on my Mothers side) I guess my Grandfather on that side of the family who fought with the "Black and Tans" would be glad to know that not a "drop of Irish blood" flowed in my veins. At my age now I'm just happy blood is still flowing.
