I have an article from a newspaper that says, Jess W. Marcus was buried in East View Cemetery (Union City ? TN) and died March 15 (no year). "Mr Marcus, who was 65, was born in Obion Co. near Rives TN. He spent most of his life in Obion Co. and Union City. For a number of years he was employed at the Morning Star Nursery and for more than 25 years he worked at the Brown Shoe Co. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
“He leaves his wife, Mrs. Jessie Pugh Marcus, one son, Pfc. Ralph Charles Marcus, stationed in Landstuhl, Germany, one sister Mrs. Lizzie Davis of Newport News, VA; a half-brother, Algie Marcus of Sidonia TN; a half-sister Miss Velma Marcus of Greenfield TN and 2 grand-children.”

I am looking for information on Martha Marcus-Eaves married to Thomas Eaves, who begat Amelia Octavia Eaves. Any information is gladly appreciated!
