Hi.... I am researching for Anthony John Marchant born 30 June 1945 at Shardeloes in Amersham Bucks (then an un married mothers home) His mother was Lilian Marjorie Marchant. She did not ever tell Tony who his father was and he would like to find out. His Uncle Peter said there was a Canadian soldier who may be the father - his name was John Seville or Saville - nickname "Onion". I wonder if this rings any bells with Marchants that Lilian may have confided in.
