Nail, March and Hinkle, 1809, Rowan County, N.C.

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me about the marriage between John Nail and Clowe March. The bond date was 27, March, 1809 in Rowan County, North Carolina. There are several John Nail's that came out of this North Carolina area, one is my gggrandfather, but I've never heard of this particular union. Did Clowe March die young, did they have children? The bondsman was Jacob Hinkle and the witness was John March Sr.. Thank you, Mark O. Stallings.
