Just in case one of these soldiers is part of your family I'm posting this here. Please let me know if you would like me to transcribe the military data on either 1) and/or 2) below.
These are not my ancestors, just material at hand. Jan

~Ephraim MARBLE
~John MARBLE
~Martin MARBLE
~Philip MARBLE
~Samson MARBLE, and
~Simeon MARBLE;

2) Soldier in the War of 1812+:
~Joseph MARBLE of Waitsfield, Washington Co., VT;

3) Soldiers in the Civil War, Union Army, 1861+:
~Augustus MARBLE, Jr. of Addison, Addison Co., VT, served in the 11th Regt., Co. B, p. 419;
~Calvin B. MARBLE of Fayston, Washington Co., VT, served in the 6th Regiment, Company G, wounded May 5, 1864, p. 203;
~Durham A. MARBLE, Sergeant of Berlin, Washington Co., VT, served in 13th Regt., Co. C., p. 487; and
~George L. MARBLE of Fayston, Washington Co., VT served in 6th Regt., Co. G, died and is interred in National Cemetery in Richmond, VA, Jan. 20, 1865, p. 203, 763.
