I do not have any information on Marie, however, I am curious about Marie's father Joseph.

Who were his parents? Joseph and Sophie were from New York? Where were Joseph's parents from? Do you know who his siblings were?

My great grandfather came from Italy in the late 1800's and settled in Maine. It is my understanding they settled in Bangor. Because of the railroad, my g grandfather came to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. His name Frank (Francesco). His wife Theresa. Not sure of how many children they had. I believe some were born in Italy, some in Maine. My grandfather Peter was approximately 12 years old when they came to Canada.

Does any of this information sound familiar?

If you wish, you may e-mail me at clw@sympatico.ca

Thank you!
