Hello Kent:
John Manzer, Loyalist married Martha Patience Parent.
John, Barnet and Christopher are believed brothers because they remained close: First in Delancy's brigade and then in New Brunswick. Whether Martin was a brother or cousin is not known. He left New Brunswick after marrying Elizabeth Smith and went first to Rensselaer Co. New York and then to Vermont.
It is because of this that I believe that John, Barnet and Christopher are also connected to the Rensselaer Co. New York Manzers.
Daniel Manser is not connected to this family at all, he was neither a Loyalist nor in New Brunswick, He is a member of the Manser family of Massachusetts which can be traced back to Robert Manser of Ipswich England, who came over about 1650.
Martha Parent Manzer and Mary Lester Manzer were baptized as adults together at the Anglican Church at Gagetown
John had Land Grants with both the Parents and the Lesters in New Brunswick.
I realize that there is a lot of misinformation out there. I don't know where the John T Manzer and Martha came from but some of the older information on the Manzers in New Brunswick is from an old Genealogy done in 1972 and one on the White family done in 1906.
Hope this helps
