We are looking for Edward Manwaring, Mainwaring or Manwarling, or any other spelling close to that. He died between 1792 when he left a will and 1810 when it was probated. He was of Stanton-on-Arrow in Herefordshire. He married twice, both wives unknown. Had three sons at least,(1)Edward from the first wife somewhere between 1750 and 1756, then had (2)James in about 1758, and (3)John about 1762/3, from a second wife. All three were of Stanton on Arrow, but not necessarily born there. James died in 1789.

This is in here for a friend of mine. James Manwaring was her 4th great-grandfather. James had a son Edward who was born in Pembridge in about 1788 and died in Combes Moor, Byton Herefordshire in 1860.

Edward's daughter Eliza Bridget Mainwaring went to the United States in about 1840.
