There is the possibility that the witness, John Manuel could be the same... (By the way, John's wife is Ann Collins, sister of Elizabeth Collins)
But according to an old letter dated March 16, 1852 John Manuel and family passed thru last fall (1851) Linnville, Licking County, OH near family members Joshua Tipton and wife Elizabeth (Collins.) They were headed west and settled in Flint Hill, Charles County, Missouri from a letter dated Ocotber 4, 1852 written by a son, James D. Manuel for his father.
Now I'm curious about the 1850 Page County census which lists daughter, Elizabeth A. I have a copy of a marriage bond of an Elizabeth Ann Manuel who married Moses L. Allen on August 13, 1841 in Front Royal, Warren County,VA. If she was born about 1820 that would make her about the right age and her parents were married July 27, 1818... But why would she be listed with her parents if she is not widowed? It could just be coincidence. Also, I note that one son listed is James D....the same name as above.
Some other Manuel first names that may be related are Henderson,Demarius, Susan, and William. These families were from Warren County,VA and migrated to Ohio and Missouri and Parkersburg,WVA. Do any names sound familiar?
Keep in touch...I'm sorry I don't recognize Wiliams and Curry's but I'll keep an eye out for them.
