Thanks for responding. I have been informed since I posted my earlier message that Gildon Manton who married Elizabeth in Grantham was also a miller in Grantham. It seems reasonable that son followed father into the family business. I working my way through the microfilm parish records for Grantham. This gives me more to look for.
