Does anyone recognize a John Manor born c.1847 in Chateaugay, Franklin Co., NY? He moved to Jones County, IA and married there to a Sampica (who's family is also from Chateaugay).
He lists his father as Charles Manor.
I am curious because the parents he lists are also the same for my great-grandfather Louis Miner (last name spelling change).
