My advice is much the same as before. Archibald and Annie got their license in Philadelphia in 1889. It may have data on their parents and possibly exactly where they were born.
I'm guessing that Annie died by 1910. I think Archibald is in the 1920 census of Philadelphia as a widower. Based on the Philadelphia deaths I believe that had several children who died young and were buried in Holy Cross Cemetery. I would imagine they are buried there too.
As I mentioned the Historical Society of Pennsylvania has a large selection of Philadelphia records. If they were Catholic try the Philadelphia Archdiocesan Historical Research Center: http://www.pahrc.net/http://www.pahrc.net/
There are some records that are not online and must be found the old fashioned way.
By the way you might be interested in the grassroots effort to gain better access to older Pennsylvania state death certificates and have them online: http://users.rcn.com/timarg/PaHR-Access.htmhttp://users.rcn.com/timarg/PaHR-Access.htm
