Isaac Manning family - Union Parish, LA

Have tried emailing persons of previous postings on this site regarding this family but addresses are old and messages keep bouncing. Hoping someone of this family can kindly answer a few questions for me.

I'm sorting thru many of the Mannings in Alabama in the early 1800s trying to group, eliminate and determine who belongs to who in an effort to decipher my own Manning line. My Joel Manning (and his assumed father, Jacob) were in Pike Co.AL in 1830s. Joel was in Escambia Co., FL by 1840. His sons, Lawrence Wesley and Jacob settled in Conecuh/Escambia counties in Alabama. Jacob Manning (Sr) was from Sumter Co., SC, removed to Pike Co. by 1830 and was in Covington Co. with another presumed son, Malachi by 1840. Malachi/Mally/Wiley also goes to Escambia Co., FL, then returns to Alabama.

1. I have found the enumeration of the 1820 Washington Co., GA census that some people posting to the forum cite as being the same person as Isaac Manning whose family ended up in Union Parish, LA. The age of this Isaac would be 26-45. Can someone tell me if there is general agreement that they are the same?

2. I have not been able to identify any enumeration for Isaac in 1830. Have I missed it?

3. The 1840 Conecuh AL census:
CENSUS: 1840 Conecuh Co., AL, pg 22
Isaac Manning 1 1 2 0 0 0 1 - 2 0 0 0 1

1 male -5 (assume James)
1 male 5-10 (assume John)
2 males 10-15 (assume Wm, Stephen)
1 male 40-50 (Isaac)
2 females -5 (assume Wealthy, Talitha)
1 female 20-30 (assume Mary)

If Isaac is the same as in the 1810 Washington Co., GA census, is the assumption that Isaac's wife, Mary is the 16-18 yr old female and the older female is a mother/aunt/sister? Or, is this a first wife/family?

4. Since Isaac has most probably died prior to the 1850 enumeration, what are the sources for Isaac being the parent of the Union Parish Mannings? family letters, bibles, oral history?

I find when I do a one name study in a geographic area, whether or not there are any relationships between the persons of the same name, it helps me to see the bigger picture, migration patterns of neighbors/in-laws, and who belongs to who. Thanks for any help you can give me.
