Mildred had a lot of siblings. The gene pool has the exact dates so I will summarize because some of this needs to be left up to you or else where's the fun of discovery.
Bertha Manning (1895-1978), Mildred's sister, was born in Franklin and died in Winchester, N.H. She married Arthur Snow Hill and he died there in 1968.
Clifford Manning (1894-1954) was married to Dorothy Cone.
Muriel Manning (1909-1972) married Walter Cooney and died in Rockland, Ma.
Ruth May Manning (1902-11/14/1997) died in Bradenton, Florida and was married to Edward Peter Everhart. Unlike the others, she is listed as being born in Orange, Va.
Winfred Manning (1897-1961) was married to Jennie Gates.
Their mother Emma Stone Raynor 5/30/1874-6/24/1957 died in Warwick, Ma and was the daughter of Samuel D. Raynor.
