Mary Jo, William MASTEN and Sarah MANLOVE were my 6g grandparents. William's family came from Holland, but I don't know about Sarah's.

William's brother, Aert MASTEN, was baptised September 22, 1682 in Kingston, Ulster County, New York. He later married Pieternella VIELE. In 1719 Aert was in Dutchess County, New York... I don't know when William went to Delaware, but it's possible there may be something in the Quaker records as (at least) some of William's descendants were of the Quaker faith.

Back in the 1600s, I just found, there were a number of MANLOVE's living in Old Somerset Maryland... so this area might be a place to start for our Sarah. Also, believe I have a list of their children... unless you have them by now.
