If Daniel Isaac left a will then Tempy would not have a problem with the older children.

No will means the possible court proceedings if the older children pressed.

Problem would be that the court knowing that children in the household under 14 [I think that was the age] would need a guardian to "protect" the estate after appraisal and bonding. In any case you may find court minutes dealing with the who and whom with a little of how and when thrown in the mix.

You know who you are following and you should keep Franklin Co GA court and the Georgia Archives in mind to see what is available mentioning these folks. Plan one full day at one and another full day at the other.

Or you could see if there are volunteers in Franklin Co that can look over the court records for you and you put in your time at the archives.

If you decide on the State Archives you should be able to go next door to the Federal Archives as well. Both the GA State and the South Eastern Federal Arcives are side by side in Morrow GA.
