Dear GF
My Husbands name is Thomas MacKinnon born in 1964 in Oakland California. His mother was Virginia MacKinnon and she was 15 years old. Before her death in 1995 she confided in me that her son's father's name was Walter Manley. He would have been about 22 years old at the time. If anyone has any info out there we would appreciate it.
