Bryant Mangham/Mangum was in AL in the 1840's & served as a State Senator from Russell County Alabama in 1840 according to information from Dana Mangham. He moved to Texas in the late 1850's(?) and died in Trinity county, Texas in 1867.

His parents were William and Sarah Manghum from North Carolina. William won land in the 1805 Georgia land lottery.
