From the City of Houston Directory, 1929-1930, I found Arland J. Mangum, student at Rice Institute, 2317 Gentry, 5th ward. He is living at the same address as Wiley P. and Dora Mangum. Wiley P. was an engineer for S.P. Lines.
I see a Miss Hazel W. Mangum, a steno. at Johns-Manville, Inc. Was Hazel a sister to Arland J. Mangum? In 1931-1932, I see Alton R.Mangum at the same address with Arland J.
Did Arland's brother Garnett die in TX or MO?
