I don't have any more information on Solomon Mangham. As I said, I was quoting Dana Mangham, author of "Oh, For A Touch of the Vanished Hand", Discovering a Southern Family and the Civil War. The only other information that I might add (from his book) is that Solomon Mangham has two wives listed. He married Ann Carrington C. 1780 in NC and Sarah Ann Bennett aft. 1780. The children in the previous posting were listed as the children of Solomon and Sarah Ann. There was no mention of a child or children by Ann Carrington, but this was the time period that you mentioned.
