My great,great,great grandfather and mother were Capt. William Maner and Jane Aseneth Maner.

According to my records Capt William Maner's son William Jr.mArried a Miss Taylor. William and his wife had a son Henry Maner who married his cousin Sarah Stafford. Most of the information in the book Our Family Circle by Annie Elizabeth Miller are more precise than a simple "Miss Miller" Perhaps that is because William and his family went to Texas. However the Porchers do figure in the family.

I have much information about the descendants of Capt William Maner who stayed in the lower part of SC. I can give you book titles that will give you some insight on the family.
