I have the information about Aeltje Van Winkle who married John Mandeville -- they had four children, my ancester, Henry J., Margaret who married a Vreeland, John V. W., who died and is buried in the Vrooman and Bergen street cemetery. Their father then died and then Aeltje had a posthumous child, your ancester, again named John. When my ancester, Henry J. was about sixteen, his mother, Aeltje remarried, the second wife of Stephen Vreeland. I do not know if she had more children then but after her death, he had 4 more wives. She is buried in Stephen's plot, also at the Vrooman and Bergen cemetary.
I certainly would like to hear from you and can tell you how to find Aeltje Van Winkle geneology. Her father was a Daniel, her grandfather, Jacob Van Winkle and her mother, Antje Winne.
