Sorry to take so long replying ... I had to dig out what little information I have. According to what I have, my great grandfather was Gennaro Mancuso. His wife's first name was Anna -- that's all I have. So maybe we have two different Gennaro Mancusos? I think Gennaro came to the Bronx with his young son Paolo, who was my mother's father in 1914. The family lived in the Bronx, where my mother was born, along with six brothers and sisters. Sometime later they moved to Long Island. We now have many Mancusos and cousins with other names on Long Island and some emigrants from New York in Florida.
