Parents for Sarah Manahan Zile are Mary Haines and her first husband John Manahan. Mary Haines Manahan's second husband was George Tener, hence the burial in the Tener Hooper Cem. Also buried there is Sarah's brother Abraham, sister Julia Manahan Hooper and her husband Joseph Hooper, George Tener's parents John and Margaret and others. Mary Haines was daughter of Michael Haines (formerly Heintz) and Sarah Downey. Michael Haines' parents were Anthony Haines (original name John George Anthony Heintz) and Appolonia Weisel. I am descended from Mary Haines Manahan Tener's sister Catherine Haines who married John Lescalleet. Sarah Manahan Zile's siblings are: David Manahan (d. intestate 01 Feb 1827, widow Sophia, son Levi), Abraham Manahan ( b. 1797, d. 02 Apr 1848 Maryland), Julian Ann Manahan (also found as Juliette and Julia d. 26 Jul 1855 Maryland, husband Joseph Hooper b. 26 Mar 1797 d. 16 Nov. 1857), and Michael Manahan (b. 25 May 1799 m. 17 Mar 1825 to Sarah Elizabeth Tenerb. 13 Feb 1807 Va. d. 13 Sep 1889 Adams Co. Ohio; she was daughter of Jacob Tener and Catherine Porter. Jacob was a brother of George Tener and son of John and Margaret Tener)
