His parents were Thomas and Eliza Malpass (nee Morris )
were wed at Brierley Hill in 1846
His siblings were.John b1853,George b1854,William b1856,
Thomas b1858,Charlotte b1860 ,Sarah b1866,and Benjamin
b1872 My Great Grandfather came to live in Nottingham
where he was to meet his future wife Emma Pidduck and it was here that he took the family name Morphus.
