Hiram's Parents Peter Malott (b . ca 1767 - Mar 1814) and Susan Isenberger (ca 1795, prob MD - Bef 1880, IL) Peter and Susan marr 25 Dec 1810 Washington Co, MD. They had a dau Catherine (Kitty) b ca 1812 - abt Mar 1826. A year after Peter died Susan married Apr 11, 1815 Washington CO, IL Christian Brown. I have no other data on Christian. He apparently died before 1850 as Susan is with Hiram in Jackson Twp, Franklin Co, OH in 1850 census. In 1840 Hiram is in Blair Twp, Huntingdon Co, PA with a f 10-15, and 1 f 50-60. I suspect the older female is his mother. If so, the Chriatian prob died before 1840. I have the names for 10 of Hiram's ch - Catherine E, Caroline J, Jemima Jane, Margery Ann, Martha A (b. ca 1866, IL, prev ch b OH), Abram E, Hiram W, Elmer Isaac, Ettie Frances, Mary M. In 1880 Hiram is in Bernadotte Twp, Fulton CO, IL. With him is an Isaac Hawk, b. ca 1894, NJ., prob his f-in-law. I have more on his son Abram E if you need it.
