Searching for family of Jack Maloof (1919-1961) of California

I am trying to locate information on the family of Jack Maloof, born 03 September 1919 in California, died 03 June 1961 in Glendora, Los Angeles County, California. I would particularly be interested in contacting his children/grandchildren, but am also interested in his parents' names.

Jack was married to Evelyn Roop, daughter of Garth and Florence (Cole) Roop.

So far, I have found this information on Jack:

Announcement has been received here of the birth of a son, Feb. 9, to Mr. and Mrs. Jack Maloos [sic] of Covina, Calif. Mrs. Maloos [sic] is the former Evelyn Roop.

Dies in California

GALION-Funeral services were held in Glendora, Calif., today for Jack Maloof, husband of the former Evelyn Roop of Galion. The principal of the new Intermediate School in Glendora and active in school and community affairs, Mr. Maloof died Saturday. He is survived by his widow, three sons and an infant daughter.
Mr. and Mrs. Garth Roop of Galion, parents of Mrs. Maloof, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Miller and Dwight Roop, went to California for the services.
