Andrea,

Our Aunt Rose said she believed her father had brothers named Samuel and Philip, because both her brothers were named after family members. Of course they might have been his uncles or his fathers name. All I know for sure is that he came into Boston, (from Duma, then part of Syria, now Lebanon), with his family about 1900. Married Talka Balahadge(?, who also came from Baalbek, Lebanon with her family, and move west to Los Angeles by 1903. I have the family in the CA census but nothing before that time. He was a long haul truck driver and did not have much contact with his family after 1920. If you have any ideas on who his relatives might be I would appreciate any help. I have been searching for years with no results.
Thanks,
~Linda~
