Ms. and he was soldier of Indian war with Seminoles 2-15-1830 and vol. from Fayette Co., Ala. and fought Creek indians 1812 (Ga.) He thought to be son of Zepthaniah Harvey of Jasper Co., Ga. Also stated they had lived in Pickens Co., Ala. and Webster Co., Ms. by her application in Greeensboro, Ms. 1878. She md. in Jones Co., Ga. 1814 Thomas Harvey who died in 1862 Choctaw Co., Ms. Would he be Choctaw, and fight in Wars against other indians, unless he wanted his indian heritage quiet. Many say that Cynthia's brother, Drury, who md. Ann Campbell, had Cherokee ancestry. They of Pontotoc, Ms.
