dear pat stephens;
Yes, John Harvey MALCOM & Elizabeth Ann [or Ann Elizabeth]
don't possitivily know which. Anyway she was a Vanghn/Vanghan/Von?
My great uncle Earl MALCOM always said she was "full blooded
Delaware".
in c1905/6 the family moved to Oklahoma to aquire land thru
Elizabeth [Vanghan] MALCOM. She is reportedly to have died
after getting there [in the Delaware section] & is suppos-
adley buried in the "Indian" cemetery & not the "white"
cemetery near Bartsville,OK.
Since she died, there was no proof other than 2nd hand from
her children, so they left & went back to Montgomery Co,KS
were my MALCOM lived between Cherryvale & Independence,KS
He was the foreman who help put in the interurban rail line
from Nowata,OK to Parsons,KS
My grandfather md. Etta MALCOM 1919.
Etta Malcom b.1898 Warrensburg,MO
